Sponsorship Opportunities

Hmong Women Summit: The Authenticity Project (HWSTAP) was developed in 2015 to create an opportunity for Hmong women to meaningfully engage with one another and the communities in which they reside. HWSTAP has a mission to educate, explore, and empower women around topics of authentic leadership. Workshops will provide space for shared learning, authentic dialogue, and opportunities to practice leadership skills.

We hope you will consider making a contribution and become members of a growing group of organizations that support the work of HWSTAP. Your contribution to the HWSTAP: Leadership Through Critical Learning Summit is an opportunity to help close economic and leadership disparities. The 2010 US Census reports that Hmong men earn a median annual income almost $16,000 less than men in the U.S. in general. Hmong females earn a median annual income $3,000 less than Hmong men. Such disparities call for a focus on empowering and growing Hmong leaders.

As a sponsor and business interested in supporting the economic and leadership development of Hmong women, we would like to offer you three mutually beneficial ways to participate in the HWSTAP: Leadership Through Critical Learning Summit:

1) Sponsors help us keep registration fees low and allow us to offer scholarships to students and low-income individuals. At the same time, you’ll be promoting your business to a valuable targeted population. This conference would not be possible without the very generous support of our sponsors.

2) Exhibitors showcase their businesses, provide demonstrations and/or sell products and services.

3) Attendees benefit from sponsors, exhibitors, and education sessions throughout the day. Registration will be available online in July. Visit our website for updates: https://hwstap.wixsite.com/hwstap.

We invite you to join us by filling out the Sponsorship & Exhibitor Application Form. With your support, we are confident this year’s summit will provide a high-quality, low-cost educational experience for Hmong Women.
